Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trip2Event, operated by Raj & Brother's. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Trip2Event mobile app, the website at trip2event.in and our related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, buying anything or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

About Trip2Event

Trip2Event is a planning app for events and group trips. Hosts can create events such as weddings, birthdays and other functions, invite guests with a link, track RSVPs, manage budgets and tasks, add co-hosts, share photos and chat. Friends can also plan a group trip together with a shared budget, a photo feed and a chat.

Our website shares information about the app, lets you create and manage your Trip2Event account, and lists public events whose tickets you can book.

Your account

To host events or trips, or to book tickets, you need an account. You can create one with your name, mobile number and a password, or with your Google account. The same account works in the app and on the website.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. When you create an account you agree to:

Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your password and sign-in details to yourself.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it was caused by a security fault on our side.

Invites and guests

When you add guests, we create a personal invite link for each of them. Guests can reply to an invite on a web page without installing the app or creating an account. You are responsible for adding only people you have the right to invite, and for the accuracy of their details.

Using the Platform

You agree to use Trip2Event only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Platform for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
Upload or share content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene, misleading or that breaks the law.
Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights.
Send invites, messages or links to people who have not agreed to receive them, or use the Platform to spam.
Try to get unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts or our systems.
Interfere with how the Platform works, or copy, scrape or reverse engineer it.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, messages, guest details and other content you add. By adding content you give Trip2Event a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, display and deliver it, only as needed to run the Platform for you and the people you share it with.

You confirm that you have the right to add your content, including any personal details of other people, and that doing so does not break any law or anyone's rights.

Plans, storage and pricing

Trip2Event has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan sets limits, for example on the number of events, guests, co-hosts and storage. The limits of each plan are shown in the app and on our upgrade page before you buy.

Chat messages and shared photos are kept for a limited time. On the free retention window this is currently 15 days, and storage add-ons keep them for longer. After that time they may be permanently deleted.

A paid plan runs for the validity period shown when you buy it. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan limits unless you buy again.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price, and any taxes that apply, are shown before you pay. Payments are made online through an RBI-authorised payment gateway, using methods such as card, UPI, net banking or wallet.

We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. By paying, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method. Your plan, add-on or tickets are activated once the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, nothing is activated.

Refunds are given only as set out in our Return and Refund Policy at https://trip2event.in/return-and-refund.

Event tickets

Our Tickets page lists public events. When you book tickets you pay the price shown for the ticket type you choose, and you get a booking confirmation with your ticket.

Check the event details, date, time, venue and ticket type before you pay. Entry is subject to the event's own rules and the venue's policies.
Show your ticket or booking ID at entry.
If an event is cancelled, you get a refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy. If an event is postponed, your tickets stay valid for the new date.
Apart from those cases, ticket payments are final. You are responsible for turning up on time.

You need an account to book tickets.

Third-party services

Trip2Event uses third-party services to run, such as Google (for sign-in, notifications, analytics and place search), email providers, cloud hosting and payment gateways. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they work independently of us.

Intellectual property

The Trip2Event name, logo, app, website, designs and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell, modify or use them for business purposes without our written permission, except for your normal use of the Platform.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Trip2Event available and working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, change or stop features when needed, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if the law requires it.

You can stop using Trip2Event at any time. You can delete your account in the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your account and the content linked to it, except for information we must keep by law or for legitimate business reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://trip2event.in/privacy-policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Please read it together with these Terms.

Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will meet every need of yours, or that planning information, RSVPs or reminders will always be accurate, complete or on time. Please double-check important details such as dates, venues and payments yourself.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Trip2Event and its owners and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or an event or trip not going as planned, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan, add-on or tickets the claim is about.

Indemnity

You agree to cover Trip2Event for claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, from content you add, or from your breaking a law or someone else's rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app or on the website. If you keep using the Platform after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about your use of the Platform will be subject to the courts that have jurisdiction in India.
